These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of handicraft items ("Products") by The Inlay Project ("Seller") through its online platform ("Website"). By purchasing Products from the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Seller endeavors to provide accurate descriptions and images of the handicraft items ("Products") on the website. However, due to the unique and handmade nature of these items, variations may occur from the photos displayed. The customer acknowledges that the actual Product may differ slightly in color, size, texture, or other characteristics from the photo depicted on the website.

Handmade Nature
​
Customers understand and accept that handicraft items are handmade by artisans, and variations are inherent to the craftsmanship process. Each Product is unique and may exhibit minor differences from one another.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for Products are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Payment for Products must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on the Website. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect pricing or insufficient inventory.

Shipping and Delivery

The Seller will endeavor to ship Products to the address provided by the customer within the specified timeframe. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen circumstances. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect information will be borne by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

The Seller accepts returns and exchanges of Products, subject to the following conditions:

If the customer receives a Product that significantly deviates from the description or is damaged, the customer may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

The customer must provide photographic evidence of the discrepancy or damage. The Seller reserves the right to assess the situation and determine whether a return or exchange is warranted.

Return shipping costs for eligible returns or exchanges will be borne by the Seller.

Intellectual Property
